Who Am I?
Hi, my name is Suzanne and I am the Owner/Principal of Organised Desk.
Beginning my career in the Australian Defence Force as a communicator, I was involved in a number of operations in both the Royal Australian Air Force and the Royal Australian Navy.
It was through this service that I learnt about discipline and quality control. Any work done that was haphazard, was not acceptable. After my discharge, I realised that quality service was a strength of mine, and from there on in, I have refused to accept anything substandard.
I moved from the Defence Force to the education sector, followed by the Insurance industry, where I was a hard to place liability underwriter, and then a move into the recruitment industry where most recently I was again tasked with providing superior service over our competitors.
It is through these varied roles and career changes that I have managed to collect an extensive skill set, not commonly found with a lot of administrators, and I want to use that skill set in order to move your business to the next level.
I have a strong desire to provide the highest levels of customer service, and building strong relationships with clients is incredibly important to me.
